Shipping Options

Before dispatchAll in-stock items — including Pro-Cure products and pre-made tackle — are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being placed.
Custom soft plastics are hand poured in small batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Custom rods have their own production and shipping conditions. See the special conditions section below.
Custom Fishing Rods — Special Delivery Conditions
Special conditions applyCustom fishing rods are long, oversized items that require specialist packaging and freight handling. Standard parcel shipping does not apply.
Due to their length and fragility, rods are shipped in reinforced rod tubes via a freight or oversized carrier. This affects both the shipping cost and delivery timeframe.
Shipping for custom rods is quoted individually at the time of order — costs vary based on rod length, destination, and carrier availability. You will be contacted with a shipping quote before your build begins.
Custom rods require 2–6 weeks of build time depending on components, blank availability, and order queue. You will receive a build confirmation with an estimated completion date.
All rods are shipped in heavy-duty PVC rod tubes with foam padding. We take every precaution to ensure your rod arrives safely.
Due to their value, all custom rod shipments require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
In the rare event of transit damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and rod. Do not discard any packaging until the claim is resolved.
Local pickup is available by arrangement and may be the most cost-effective option for nearby customers. Contact us before ordering to arrange this.
Tracking & Dispatch Notifications
All ordersYou will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number and carrier details.
Track your order directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided, or via the order history section in your account.
If you checked out as a guest, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Delivery Issues
Contact usIf your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave a notice with redelivery or collection instructions. Uncollected parcels returned to us may incur a re-shipping fee.
