Custom Fishing Rods
All sales finalCustom rods are built to your exact specifications and are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. No exceptions for change of mind.
If your rod arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or was built incorrectly based on your confirmed order, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
All orders receive a build confirmation before production starts. Please review carefully — changes cannot be made once the build begins.
Custom Soft Plastics (Colors & Patterns)
Final sale — discretionary exceptionsCustom soft plastics are final sale. Returns or store credit on custom color orders are not guaranteed but may be approved at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you have a concern.
If your soft plastics arrive with a defect in color, pour, or finish that doesn't match your confirmed order, we will replace them free of charge — no discretion needed, we make it right.
For complex or high-volume color orders, we may send a photo before shipping for your approval. Please respond within 48 hours — unapproved orders will ship after that window.
Custom Tackle & Components
Case by caseCustom-assembled tackle (jig heads, rigs, hooks, weights, etc.) made to your spec are generally final sale, but we review each situation individually.
Items that arrive incorrect or defective will be replaced or credited in full. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
Tackle that has been used, rigged, or modified cannot be returned for any reason.
Pro-Cure & Off-the-Shelf Products
Standard returnsUnopened Pro-Cure products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Item must be in original, undamaged packaging.
Opened or used Pro-Cure scents and attractants cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
If a product arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement at no charge.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Attach a clear photo of the item showing the defect or issue.
We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps — replacement, repair, or credit.
