Your Payment is Protected
SSL securedAll payment data is encrypted using industry-standard TLS technology. Your card details are never visible to us.
We never store your card number, CVV, or expiry date on our servers. Payment details go directly to Stripe.
Your personal and payment information is never sold or shared with any third party for any purpose.
Online payments are handled by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
Accepted Payment Methods
Online & in-storeWe accept all major debit and credit cards online including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will never be redirected to an unsecured page during checkout.
Prefer to pay in person? We welcome in-store payments at our storefront in Pharr, Texas. This is also a great option for custom rod pickups. Please contact us in advance to arrange your visit and confirm availability.
About Stripe
Our payment processorStripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of compliance in the payments industry. Your card data is handled entirely within Stripe's secure environment.
Trident Custom Rods never sees or stores your full card number. All card data is tokenised and handled exclusively by Stripe's secure servers.
Stripe includes built-in fraud detection and monitoring on every transaction, providing an additional layer of protection for your purchases.

When You Are Charged
BillingFor Pro-Cure, pre-made tackle, and other in-stock products, payment is taken in full at the time of checkout.
Payment for custom soft plastics is taken in full at checkout. Production begins once payment is confirmed.
Payment for custom rods is collected at the time your order is confirmed. Due to the bespoke nature of each build, all rod orders are final once production begins. Please review your build confirmation carefully before approving.
In-store payments are accepted at our Pharr, Texas storefront. Please contact us in advance to arrange a visit, confirm stock or order details, and discuss available payment options on the day.
Payment Problems
Need help?If your card is declined, please check that your billing address matches your card details and that your card is authorised for online transactions. If the issue persists, contact your bank or try an alternative card.
If you were charged but did not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your payment details and we will look into it promptly.
Refunds where applicable are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
If you notice any unexpected charges related to Trident Custom Rods, contact us immediately. We take all reports seriously and will work with Stripe to investigate and resolve the matter.
